Requirements for Designs Supplied by
Customers
PROMOS LLC
can accept your artwork or you can take advantage of our
professional graphics art department. Our graphics artists
are trained professionals that can create dazzling designs
or unique logos. If your artwork is not clean or
does not have that professional look, our artists can work
with it to make your final product really stand
out.
Disk/Electronic
Format
File must be provided in an EPS format and all text
(i.e. fonts) must be converted to curves or outlines
(depending on the software program). File(s) must be
color-separated if it is multi-color artwork. Also, please
fax a copy of artwork to match in case of file corruption.
Files larger than 1MB should be compressed.
Our
factories may be able to take artwork in other formats. If
we are not doing anything to change your artwork, please
contact us for specific art requirements.

Instructions
Email artwork to graphics@PROMOSLLC.com.
Include your name, telephone number and in what program and
version the artwork was created. Large files can also be
sent on Zip disk or CD-ROM to PROMOS
LLC.

Hard Copy Artwork
One
Color Artwork
The artwork should be in black and white form at 600 or
higher dot per inch (dpi) laser printer. Also acceptable is
a photo-stat or lino image of the
artwork.
Multi-Color
Artwork
Each color should be on its own sheet of paper (i.e.
separated) and in black and white form at 600 or higher dpi
laser printer. Also acceptable is a photo-stat
or lino image of the artwork. Also provide a
overall image of the artwork. When providing
multiple color artwork, registration (how the colors line
up) is critical. Make sure the registration is exact and
includes crop marks. Four-color process artwork must be
provided on disk - call for specific vendor
requirements.
T-Shirt
Artwork
Artwork can be sent in above formats. If you are providing
film, the requirements are: emulsion up, 55 line screen,
film positive, and any half tones must also be done at 55
line screen. Four-color process T-shirt artwork must be in
EPS format, text converted to curves or outlines, and on a
zip disk. Recommended sizes for artwork on left chest or
sleeve is no larger than 4" x 4" and 12" x 12" for full
front or full back.
Embroidery
Design
If you are providing a punched embroidery
design, please supply in Tajima format and include a run
sheet and swatch.
